The present general conditions of use (known as "CGU" have for object the legal framework of the methods of provision of the site and the services by Thé Tip Top and to define the conditions of access and use of the services by the user.

3. Management of personal data

3.1 Persons responsible for the collection of personal data

As soon as Thé Tip Top has knowledge of the death of a User and in the absence of instructions of its share, the limited liability company is committed destroying its data, except if their conservation proves necessary with evidential ends or to answer a legal obligation.

In this case, the User must indicate the Personal Data that he or she would like Thé Tip Top to correct, update or delete, identifying himself or herself precisely with a copy of an identity document (identity card or passport).

3.4 Non-communication of personal data refrains from processing, hosting or transferring the Information collected on its Customers to a country located outside the European Union or recognized as "not adequate" by the European Commission without informing the customer beforehand. Thé Tip Top undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of the Information and in particular that it is not communicated to unauthorised persons.
